Enhanced Performance

Supporting a ±0.50mm offset tolerance in the X/Y axes, these connectors enhance installation fault tolerance, minimizing contact issues caused by misalignment and significantly improving overall reliability. Capable of data transmission speeds up to 16Gbps, the GD01 series ensures stable and reliable signal integrity, meeting the high-speed data transfer demands of modern electronic devices. Additionally, multiple pin count configurations and stacking height options provide versatile solutions for seamless integration into various device designs.

 

The GD01 series female socket terminal features a dual-contact design that enhances the stability of the electrical connection. The terminal's contact area is minimized, ensuring minimal contact resistance. The male and female connectors are equipped with an anti-mismating design and locating pegs of different shapes on both ends of the plastic body, greatly ensuring correct assembly and precise positioning. Additionally, the weld tab design helps distribute stress on the connector, improving its performance under extreme environmental conditions.

Materials & Surface Finishing

The GD01 series floating connectors utilize LCP as the insulating material, known for its excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties, ensuring stable performance even in harsh environments.
